Other side effects of coffee:
Sleeping issues, higher risks of cardiovascular conditions such as homocysteine, PCR ultra sensible, blood pressure, atherosclerosis and peripheral vascular disease, cardiac arrest, glucose intolerance, obesity and dehydration.
The quantity of coffee necessary to turn these side effects more visible and persistent is of 4 cups a day.
Coffee is linked to obesity as it stimulates insulin and cortisol. If you wish to loose weight, you should stop drinking “toxic” drinks and should drink good quality water. In regards to breast cancer, the actions are contradictory in overweight women, where we can identity a potential factor, whereas in underweight women there seems to be a certain protective factor in those who drink approximately 5 cups a day.
Pancreatic cancer is the most common in people who drink coffee and alcohol daily, as is bladder cancer.
Cancers of the digestive system are related also to the consume of coffee. On the top of that, coffee is also associated to benign prostatic hyperplasia, in a proportional relation to the number of coffees consumed, and the loss of bone mass, by means osteoporosis, due to the loss of minerals and other elements in the urine.

COKE

ALCOHOL
There is the controversy among the benefits of alcohol. Perhaps it would better to take resveratrol capsules, the antioxidant that contains black grapes and red wine, rather than drinking the actual alcohol itself.

SODAS AND JUICES
Full of sugar, it takes us energy short after consuming it, making us feel more tired. Dental erosion, weight gain and obesity are other problems that arise from the consume of these drinks.
In regards to our hormones, these “toxic” drinks are harmful, as they lead to the decrease of the hormonal levels, of the anabolic hormones (of construction) with an increase of our catabolic hormones (of destruction like cortisol and adrenalin). It also leads to the transformation of our hormones in products of deterioration with harmful effects to our body.
What about light drinks?
These drinks, named as light have sweeteners that are not healthy. Apart from this, we have to consider the process that turns it “light” which can contain residues and therefore our body might react badly. More studies refer to the weight gain in groups of frequent consumers of these drinks.
